Well this is a little bit overwhelming.

I'm sure it's not as complicated as it looks at first glance, the concept seems fairly straightforward in principle and pretty fun, imagining these beasts changing to terrifying new forms when the sun goes down. God imagine how the cards themselves would look!!! Geez. Well, let's give it a go.

Lunar Shift/Solar Zenith - The crux of the Deck (hey captain obvious). So the need to immediately limit it to 1 seems a hand-tier to start with. However there seems at a glance to be a few Burial-style effects amongst the archtype, and you only need one to get going so, maybe. Still, dunno why you'd limit yourself from the off and be irreversible about it. That's what banlists are for, adapting to neccessity of change. Anyway, the premise isn't too baffling or impossible, it makes sense. However I'm not sure on the wording. I don't like the word "Transform". Does it refer to just the monsters on the field, or in hand and graveyard to, or even all of them in the deck as well? Just needs some clarity, or idiot text so to speak. "All Lunar monsters you control/own/ inx location(s) are treated as Solari monsters" or something. Also, I feel a 'discard this card, draw 1 card' would not be too overpowered here, rather than Emisarrie's added bonus.

Emisarry/Messenger - Can see a 'Change of Heart' style art in my mind's eye, which is kinda cool. Again, I think some idiot text is needed in the beginning about how its treated as Lunar to begin with, then needs the spell to transform/change effect/etc. Just housekeeping. As for its two effects: It's Burial effect is crucial to the deck, but its Solari effect is nuts. Two attacks (both of which can be direct), or if not can special summon two of its kind for them instead, before -0 ShockRuler/Ouroboros/whatever. Needs reining in.

Brightwolf/Paladin - It's a Vanilla, and an effect monster, and a tuner (for no obvious reason). And has a token generating effect (that combo's with Messenger for yet more OTK potential). Hey why not go all out and give it a counter gaining effect, or maybe a turn count meddling one. Let's make this card as needlessly compilcated as possible.

Golem/Gargoyle - Oh lord just noticed the dual attribute thing. Those poor graphic artists. I think its pretty cool effect actually how it works, kinda going from living statue and back to stone after using its power. Probably my favourite card and how Brightwolf/Paladin should have been done.

Deathbloom/Lily - Oh hell this one has two different levels now. How the hell do you propose the artist does that with any clarity!?!? Can't it just be part of its lunar effect to become level 8. Anyway, has a self destruction effect, but is immune to card destruction <_< Looks kinda slow for a boss.

Overall: A fantastic idea with a lot of good going for it, but some needlessly overcomplicated effects and gimmicks for the sake of it make them seem to lack any real synergy, direction or strategy. Sure with some editing and additional support these would be awesome, certainly a fun and inventive concept. Just needs some polishing and simplifying.

Thanks for the CC!

You know, I guess I need to clarify on some here. I thought the concept would be really fun, but I had no idea on how to execute it. I mean, really!

I'm going to have to reinvent the monsters. I'll update it... eventually...

Now, to clarify.

[background=rgb(251, 253, 254)]Card always begins as [/background]Solari.

This means that, when the card is Summoned, it is always Summoned using the Solari attributes and remains on that side until the Spell Change is enacted. Shift/Zenith is not going to be the only switch card in the deck; it's actually going to be the main one that can be used at any time to initiate a combo.

All of the monsters will get a look over. I am a bit tired right now, so that could contribute to them.

My favorite is Deathbloom. She went insane during an experiment and became a monster that couldn't be reverted back. Perhaps I could write a story about them? Hmm...

Well it's a tough challenge you've set yourself, so it wasn't going to be perfect first time.

Emissary doesn't.

So does the spell just 'transform' monsters on the field, or does it effect them all in a night/day arena change thing that the monsters then come into? I feel it works better this way than it would as a Field Spell though, since its an unstoppable cycle.

Maybe.

Might have a go at something similar.
