was thinking of eccentric boy and thought i could try making a new kind of fusion, a plasma fusion *dramatic music* okay heres the first card (the core of the fusion)

effect -
while this card is face-up on your field; you can no longer Normal Summon, Set or Special Summon monsters unless it is using this cards effect. During your Draw Phase if you have no monsters on your side of the field draw 1 card from your Deck. During your Standby Phase you can send Fusion / Plasma Material monsters from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon a Fusion Plasma. When this card is destroyed; destroy all cards summoned by this effect.

and the new plasma fusion card

effect :

Plasma : The FIRE Overlord + Plasma : The WATER Soldier + Plasma : The WATER Underling
This card can only be Fusion Summoned by the effect of 'Coming of Age.' This card is destroyed if there is no face-up 'Coming of Age' on your side of the field. While this card is face-up on your side of the field; During your Standby Phase you can sacrifice your Draw Phase to put 1 Plasma Counter on a face-up Spell Card, If that Spell Card is targeted by a Spell or Trap Card you can remove 1 Plasma Counter to negate the effect of the Spell or Trap Card and destroy it. This card gains 400 ATK for every Plasma Counter on the field. When this card selects a face-down monster as an Attack Target; switch it to face-up Attack Position, this card gains half of the original DEF of that card until the End Phase. While this card is in the Graveyard you can banish it to return 'Coming of Age' from your Graveyard to your hand.

Well, not sure about power balance and such. (never been good at judging that)

However, the idea of a whole new card type is pretty cool in my oppinion, and if this were to become a legit card type, I'd probably get back into Fusion cards.

One thing bugs me, and it is in your text. Where it says "by sacrificing your draw phase," shouldn't it say "by skipping your Draw Phase?"

Just my 2 cents :)

Another Fusion variation. Though, this one is actually pretty good. Very good, considering most decks these days don't work well with Old-School Polymerization.
The cards themselves don't seem too over-powered, and they seem to work quite well together. Overall, a good set, and something you should continue making. (In all honesty, this Set will only work if they have their own deck. And more Fusions. Huh, sounds like E-Heroes...)
