Sora1499
It's a real double-edged sword against and with them. If used by a WATER player, you might get another Atlantean effect, which is awesome, but you might also never use it due to the fact that you don't have good fodder for the second use. If you're against a WATER user, then you might force them to go minus, but you also might trigger the other Atlanteans they have. Because of these reasons, I don't think it'd see much use. [/quote] I humbly disagree. First off, Genex Undine. Making turn 2 Undine is just as good if not better then turn 1 Undine. Then of course hitting your opps ss Megalo eff. You also have Abyssspike. As for the card popping effect that's just a small bonus.
Sora1499
Oyea, I forgot about dat undine. I still don't think it'd see use: 5-6 good main deck targets isn't really enough, IMO.
NoshpalStefan
Frankly, I could only see this being used against WATER decks, rather than for them, simply because it's main effect is to force another cost by the opponent, and the card destruction effect isn't really worth the trouble so much as to put this card in a deck, seeing as you can use a better one without the cost to remove WATER monsters for a cost. Nonetheless, it's an interesting effect. 8/10.
Strider Tigerwolf
Teched at 1 would be nice. Double Undine use is nice, and forcing an effect to go off once more could be useful, but at 1 due to resource depletion. Merlans do well with their resources, but if you "force" their effects too much, you end up minusing yourself and that could make or break the deck. The reason I'd run this at 2 is because it's like Breakthrough Skill + -1 on your opponent's side of the field which is frankly something worth noting, especially since it serves as MST bait. The fact that it's a counter trap also makes it more useful.
