NeoRWBY65
I'm not sure what to call it, maybe someone could give me some idea? Each card would have 3 numbers, and when two cards battle, you compare the numbers, and whoever has two numbers higher than the opponent's respective numbers is the winner, and the loser gets destroyed. If it is a draw, they both get destroyed. Like Magic and Yu-gi-oh, this game has the card effects take precedence over the standard rules. The card effects, however, are only active during certain times during the duel. Each effect will give you a turn when it starts, and a turn when it ends (Exp:this card's effect makes it double the power of one stat from turn 5 of the game until turn 7). I think that the minimum deck size would be 30, and their is no upper limit. The win conditions are the same as Magic and Yu-Gi-Oh, you either deplete your opponent's life or you force your opponent to deck out. You can also win through card effects, but it might be hard, as you have to time it just right to get the effect to work. The other rules aren't ironed out yet, I would like some suggestions. .Rai
The problem with it is that it sounds exactly like YGO or Magic except its combat system is just more complicated than it should be. A three-variable stat is very strange, and probably quite taxing to have to compare every time you attack. Does the combat system work like Magic (where you declare attackers & blockers), or YGO (where you must attack the monsters to get through to the other person)? Is there a reason behind a 30 card deck limit? 30 card limit implies that the game is considerably faster than both Magic and YGO.

[/quote] The stat system didn't seem very different from magic in my mind. If you have 2 of your powers stronger than your opponent's, you win, and if you have 1 higher and 1 lower, you tie. if you have 2 stats lower, you lose. I haven't yet decided on the combat system (I only came up with this about an hour ago) Do you think the deck minimum needs to be higher? What would you propose if you think it needs to be higher?
