Loyalist
So I haven't uploaded any cards recently as I was lacking inspiration blah blah blah.. So I turned to dragons and gave them a theme Rebellion. Not sure why I chose it but lets get onto the cards-
Lore: If this card would be Banished (except by the effect of "Macro cosmos" or "Dimensional fissure") it is returned to your hand instead. When this card is Summoned you can Banish 1 "Rebellion Dragon" Monster in your graveyard to add 1 "Rebellion" Spell or Trap card from your deck to your hand. When this card is Summoned you can Banish 1 "Rebellion Dragon" Monster in your graveyard to add 1 "Rebellion Dragon" Monster card from your deck to your hand. You can Special Summon this card by sending 3 "Rebellion Dragon" Monsters to your graveyard, 1 each from your hand, deck and field. Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster must be Special Summoned by Sending 2 "Rebellion Dragon" monsters you control to the graveyard. Once per turn, during either players turn you can discard 1 monster from your hand to destroy up to 3 cards your opponent controls. This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect.

Loyalist
[Bump] No feedback? I'll just assume the deck is flawless if there is no criticism >.< (Which of course it isn't.)
Bleaknight
They can generate some big pluses... There are definitely some overpowered cards like Metallic Uprising Dragon (which also uses the most overused art for a Yu-Gi-Oh card ever, lol). I mean, discarding 1 (which you'll probably get back from the grave later in the case it's a Rebellion Dragon) to destroy 3? During either player's turn? That's insane, and it isn't even hard to summon. Rebellion Respite shouldn't be a Counter Trap since it doesn't answer to the activation of a card. Rebellion Dragon Epoch is waaaay too OP'd. Huge ATK for something that can be summoned through Rebellion Legion alone and also generates huge pluses by adding many Rebellion Dragons to your hand when it destroys an opponent's monster by battle. Rebellion Dragon Insurgent is also broken. You add a Rebellion Dragon from your Graveyard and also banish 1 monster your opponent controls, all that by detaching 1 of its Xyz Materials, which also serve as fuel for using the effect again. No cost at all, easy to Xyz and you can even attack during the same turn you use its effect. Rebellion Legion is another deeply OP'd card. You discard 2, you summon Alchemist and Shudder, they each banish one of the discarded cards (adding both to your hand again, meaning no cost AT ALL) and add 1 monster and 1 spell/trap from the deck, meaning you can add another Rebellion Legion for a huge loop. And after that you can even Xyz the summoned cards into either of the Xyz Monsters, which are broken as well. That's not even mentioning if you get 2 Red-Wing to fuel the grave for more effects and Xyz them into Insurgent. Overall the deck's concept is actually nice and I like it, but it is too broken. None of the cards in the archetype have real costs because all of their costs fill the grave for other effects and end up generating pluses, that's their problems. Also, huge loops with Rebellion Legion.
Loyalist
Hmm I meant to make alchemist and shudder normal summoned for their effect but I somehow missed that out. As for the Xyzs I felt the deck was a little weak on the special summoning side except for legion and steel-wing so they didn't seem to broken at the time. As for Rebellion respite It works like Negate attack, Its only made to be a counter trap for the advantage of a higher spell speed meaning it is harder to get countered its self. I agree there are some issues with balance and am thinking of ideas to even them out.

Loyalist
There's no such thing, Counter Trap cards MUST, by game mechanics, respond to an activation/effect.
Negate attack is a counter trap and responds to the declaration of an attack. I do not want to argue about this but Negate attack is a real card. Counter traps are the only cards with a spell speed of 3. The spell speed determines whether or not you can chain a card to another and so only counter traps can be chained to counter traps just check the wiki. http://yugioh.wikia....i/Spell_Speed_3 - states that only counter traps have spell speed 3 http://yugioh.wikia....iki/Spell_Speed - States that the purpose of a spell speed is for chains I don't want to argue over this any more than I have I just think your miss interpreting the purpose of a trap being a counter trap and would rather have more feedback on the cards. Edit: Would a better lore for Epoch be "2 Level 3 Dragon-type Monsters During each of your End Phases detach 1 Xyz material from this card or destroy this card. When this card destroys a Monster by battle you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card: banish all Monsters in your graveyard." And I could possibly lower its ATK too if you think it is still OP'ed.
Bleaknight
Negate attack is a counter trap and responds to the declaration of an attack.
I guess there are exceptions then. Negate Attack is an exception, as well as could your card be. Disregard my previous comments, but the Wikia itself says that MOST Counter Traps respond directly to the activation of a card/effect.
Edit: Would a better lore for Epoch be "2 Level 3 Dragon-type Monsters During each of your End Phases detach 1 Xyz material from this card or destroy this card. And I could possibly lower its ATK too if you think it is still OP'ed.
I'd say add a clause to this effect limiting somehow the huge amount of pluses it can generate by limiting the amount of cards banished. I suggest these wordings: "During your End Phase: Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card or destroy it. When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; banish up to 2 "Rebellion Dragon" monsters from your Graveyard." By banishing 2 it adds 2 to the hand, which pays for its Xyz Summon alone. Good enough for me, given it has 2800 ATK as a Rank 3 with no drawbacks left behind when its Xyz Materials are gone. It's comparable to Acid Golem of Destruction which is a 3000-ATK Rank 3, but it has far heavier drawbacks once its Xyz Materials are gone.
If I am going to buff it even more then I need to add more swarming ability for my deck as after testing it out on the duel portal I was easily out swarmed by... Gladiator beasts. Yeah that kinda sucks so I need to be able to utilize my Xyzs faster. Any suggestions of getting the swarming to be faster are appreciated. Bleaknight
Well, they're pretty heavy on the hand but also replenish resources at a really fast rate. So I suggest you keep on the heavy-hand theme to balance out the replenishment. Something along these lines, maybe: Rebellion Dragon - Oscillo "If this card would be banished (except by the effect of "Macro Cosmos" or "Dimensional Fissure"), return it to your hand instead. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Rebellion Dragon" monster from your hand." This way, it doesn't come as a free Special Summon since it costs a discard (which can be used to fuel your grave with Rebellion Dragons) and it can also be replenished itself since it's a Rebellion Dragon monster. The other Level 4 or lower monsters can take care of replenishing your hand for its effect. Also, I suggest you read this - it'll help your OCG a lot. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Problem-Solving_Card_Text

I will read that in my spare time. Thanks

If you use its effect to Summon Alchemist or Shudder, you end up summoning both and adding 1 rebellion dragon from grave and getting 1 search from the deck. Very strong. Zacktheflash96
The funny thing is loyalist is that you've unintentionally added support for my racist empire of dragons ;) But i like the cards they are powerful on their own but i think they will work even better when used in things like those evil chaos dragons. Hope to see them on the duel portal when the new version is up and running :D
