Couldn't honestly say if it's underpowered or overpowered. Just too hard to decide.

I guess it could be obscurely balanced. First of all, it's underpowered because in all realistic views, the only Spellcasters that I can think of that are good are either LIGHT or DARK, so this makes it hard not to use them. I guess you could use it with Instant Fusion and then returning it, but even then having 4 Monsters in the Graveyard with different attributes and them not being LIGHT or DARK is tough.

However, this can easily become ridiculously overpowered. I'll give you the perfect example here:

Witch Universe + Safe Zone. Seriously, just enough said with that. Even if it doesn't attack directly, a 7150 ATK monster attacking any monster below 2000 (which is most of the meta now) is just crazy. Just thinking about it makes me shiver.

Honestly, I like the card, and the idea in general. If you could find a better picture, I think it's going to be one success of a card. 7/10, for now.

^^ He already said my exact thoughts already so...damn! This card is good as it is but maybe lower the attack points or "5000" atk gained by this card by its effect and this card will be legit. The name might had taken my thoughts in a wrong direction since it was named "Witch Universe" but the picture depicts a witch swaying a wand while giving off a rainbow thing-y glow...so I have to say that you change the picture.

I'm giving it a 7.5 out of 10 for the time being..
