I'm bored so I decided to make this card----
Equip this card to a face-up monster you control. Once per turn, if the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. When the equipped monster is attacked, after damage calculations, the attacking monster is destroyed. When the equipped monster would be sent to the graveyard, you can remove that instead and shuffle this card back to the deck.
The effect does not match what the actual death note does. I would make it say "Once per turn you may select one face up monster on the field who's name is its original name and destroy it or declare a card name and if your opponent has that card in their hand send that card to the graveyard."

Yeah you're right but that would be so inevitable for a good card. The effect "When the equipped monster is attacked, after damage calculations, the attacking monster is destroyed" does a lot of sense because all the people who got in Kira's way is either been manipulated or been killed. And this spell is kinda recyclable... as long as this card is not on fire :D (the monster being equipped is removed by play if sent to the graveyard...like every death note holders gonna end, they will be sent to nothingness.)

But thanks by the way!

Let me see if I can help you with your English. Further assistance may be required in regards to OCG:

"You can only equip this card to a face-up monster you control. Once per turn, the equipped monster is not destroyed by battle. If your opponent declares an attack on the equipped monster, destroy the attacking monster after Damage Calculation. If this card would be destroyed, you can banish the equipped monster to shuffle this card into your Deck."

I do agree, however, that "Death Note" ought to follow the effect of the Death Notes from the series, in that they can only destroy a target that has been declared, and only if that target has been declared correctly. Perhaps the player should have to point to the card while saying its name, and if the name on the card is different it should have a blow-back effect, taking some Life Points from the player. The monster destruction would also not be instant, so I like how you accommodated that by having the attacking monster be destroyed during the Damage Phase only.
