You can Special Summon this card by banishing two or more WATER monsters in your Graveyard. If you summon this card in this way, increase its ATK and DEF by 400 points for each monster banished. Once per turn: you can banish 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard to target up to 3 cards in your opponent's Graveyard; banish the targeted cards.
I'm a big fan of Mecha Sea Dragon Plesion, and decided to try making a complementary card, in this case giving you the opportunity to burn the monsters Plesion puts in your Graveyard for some helpful effects. Admittedly it's not very useful if you have a reliable way of cycling cards back onto the field from your Graveyard, but I think it has some value if your opponent likes having cards in the Graveyard.

Edit: found less hideous image, pumped up effect slightly

First, if this is your card, please don't ever again, find something instead, it's just a bunch of lines with eyes, it looks like my breakfast. Anyways, suprisingly good OCG for a newbie, and the effect to summon it can become useful for early game macro plays, and with it's banish effect you can get monsters out of your Graveyard fast and get others you might not want in their fast. I like it, just have to find a Water archetype that supports this though, otherwise it'll be a pretty meh card. 8/10

Let me correct its wording for you:

"You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 2 or more WATER monsters from your Graveyard. If you do, this card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each banished monster. Once per turn: You can banish 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard to target up to 3 cards in your opponent's Graveyard; banish those targets."

First off, when a card says it can be special summoned, you must say from where between parentheses, like "(from your hand)". There's never "one" or "two" in the OCG, only "1" and "2". And x ATK points is old wording, also after a colon you capitalize the next word ("You", in this case). Still, very good for a newbie - it even had correct PSCT.

I don't know much about water decks but I don't see anything broken or that could be abused about the card, props.
