Single: Uniform Nomenclature Evoker

I dont know if most of you are familiar with the "nomenclature" trap cards; one involves destroying S/T's upto the number of monsters of same name and the other special summoning 2 monsters from deck with same name. I used to use this combo with star burst on blue eyes to be able to SS blue eyes shining or maybe even dragon knight in one turn. However, even so, it's still pretty hard to pull it off. Ive added the following card in attempt to help such combos or to even help be able to summon that "Sophia" Monster. Anyways here it is:

[spoiler=Effect]This card can only be activated if the "The League Of Uniform Nomenclature" and "Treaty On Uniform Nomenclature" exists in your Graveyard. When this card is activated, banish those 2 cards from your Graveyard and select 1 Face-Up Normal Monster you control; Special Summon from your hand or your Deck 2 Monsters with the same name as the selected card; then, you can add 1 "Polymerization" or Ritual Monster/Spell card from your Deck to your hand.[/spoiler]

It's preeeeetty bad. First off, the Nomenclature cards are pretty bad themselves, but even if they were good and always ran at 3, this card would still be extremely inconsistent. So, I'd take that clause out entirely. Now, the card itself: A one-sided inferno reckless summon seems nice, but the fact of the matter is that the targets are pretty much crap. The only deck that could possibly use this would be hieratics, and they don't even need it. For more versatility, I'd make it say "up to 2" instead of 2 and only 2 so that at least rabbit can do something with it.

Overall: The flavor is nice, and the card is balanced, but it's rather impractical.

instant blue eyes ultimate or ojama knight? Great combo with prisma and copy knight to summon armityle/ or any fusion monster you want ... i love it! I love the image too. Nice work.
