An idea entered, and I am left with these.

Lore: When this card is summoned, force the activation of a spell or trap card your opponent controls. If the card is a spell card, negate the activation and destroy it. If the card is a trap card, return it to the owner's hand. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, search your deck for one level 4 or lower "Totem" monster and add it to your hand. You may only control one face-up "Totem Marshal Blue" on your side of the field.

Lore: When this card is summoned, select one card in your opponent's hand and send it to the graveyard. You may activate the following effects based on the type of card:
Monster: Special Summon one Stone Totem (Lvl 2/ Earth/ Rock/ Atk 500/ Def 500). It cannot be used as a tribute except for a "Totem" card.
Spell or Trap: Inflict 600 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. There can only be one face-up "Totem Marshal Red" on your side of the field.

Lore: When this card is summoned, discard the top card of your opponent's deck, then activate one of the following effects:
Remove that monster and a face-up field spell from play; OR:
Reveal the top card of your deck and send it to the top or bottom of your deck. There can only be one face-up "Totem Marshal Black" on your side of the field.

Sky-High Totem(Picture didn't show) Level 7/ WIND/ Rock/Effect/ Atk: 2550 Def: 2600
Lore: This card may be tribute summoned by removing one face-up "Totem" monster on the field from play. When summoned, flip all cards on the field face-up and force the activtion of each of them. Negate the activation and effects of Flip Effect monsters revealed this way and remove them from play. Traps that activated at the wrong time are removed from play. You may only have one face-up "Sky-High Totem" on your side of the field. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, select one "Totem" monster in your graveyard, and add it to your hand.

Lore: If there is a face-up "Totem" monster on your side of the field, you may select up to two face-down cards on your opponent's side of the field. Your opponent cannot flip face-up or activate the selected cards.

You folks know the drill by now; Rate and Comment on these cards. I'll probably make more and expand on this idea.

Blue: I would suggest an OCG fix, so here it is.
"You can only control 1 face-up "Totem Marshal Blue".
If this card is destroyed by a card effect: Add 1 Level 4 or lower "Totem" monster from Deck to your hand. When this card is summoned: Reviel a face-down Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls (effects are not activated at this time). Activate the following effect depending on the card type:
*Spell: Destroy that card.
*Trap: Return that card to it's owners hand.

Something to note is that you always want conditionary effects are at the bottom of your card, meaning anything anything like your card only being able to control 1 of that card at once. Also anything that triggers is typicly at the bottom as well... however in this case you end up with something somewhat weird. Having your effect apply a multiple choice effect always leaves you with "1 of these effects" or something along those lines. These are always at the end of the sentence so players don't get confused if something new is added. So what I had to do is to add the conditions and triggers at the start instead. If you had some other effect that said something like this "Once per turn: You can pay 500 Life Points; return 1 "Totem" monster from your Graveyard to your hand," that would appear first, afterwards conditions and triggers, conditions are always first then triggers, then any effect that has multiple choices/multiple effects depending on the number of cards etc. which will always be last.

One important thing is that you never force activations of cards that are not your own, at least I have never seen a card do so, so correct me if I'm wrong, however how it's written now will work.
Now onto the card itself, it gets rid of any quick-play spells, and returns most traps, it's pretty useful. I would suggest to make it so it can't add itself though.

Red: OCG fix again.
You can only control 1 face-up totem Marshal Red". When this card is Summoned: Select 1 card in your opponent's hand and send it to the Graveyard, then activate 1 of the following effects based on the card type:
*Monster: Special Summon 1 "Stone Totem Token" (Rock-Type/EARTH/ATK 500/DEF 500). It cannot be used for a Tribute Summon, except for a "Totem" monster.
*Spell or Trap card: Inflict 600 damage to your opponent.

I ain't sure if you pick the card at random or not, if not you probably need to add that. Anyways, it's discard effect should maybe have rescriction to be once once per turn, otherwise you could just keep on using CotH. Either that or make it so it can only use that effect when Normal Summoned. Also, make sure you have your Tokens text like this: (Type/Attribute/Level/ATK/DEF), it will look most realistic.

Black (looks more purple to me): You can only control 1 face-up "Totem Marshal Black". When this card is Summoned, send (you only discard from the hand, just so you know it for a future time) the top card from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. Then activate the following effect depending on the card type:
*Monster: Banish that monster and a face-up Field Spell Card.
*Reveal the top card of your deck; place it at the bottom of deck or return it to the top of your deck.

First effect is pretty out of place, unless you have Field Spell Card on the field, you can't even use it since banishing the monster and banishing the spell happen at the same time because of the word "and". If you used "Then" or "also" it would work. Remember though that when using Then, it doesn't happen at the same time. The second effect is pretty useless, since all you're doing is looking at 1 card, without doing anything to it except place it at the bottom. Maybe if it did something else to it, though it's useless as it is right now.

Sky-High: OCG fix.
You can only control 1 You can Normal Summon this card by Banishing 1 face-up "Totem" monster. When this card is Summoned: Flip all cards on the field face-up and activate their effect(s). Negate Flip Effects, Trap Cards that have missed their timing and Banish them. If this card is destroyed by a card effect: Add 1 "Totem" monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

Something you forgot is that you always have "you can only control 1 face-up..." and This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set/Special Summon" are almost always first (see Grandmaster of the Six Samurai" to see what I mean). I also think you should make it so it cannot add itself that is pretty broken.

Curse: OCG fix.
If you control a face-up "Totem" monster on your side of the field: You can target up to 2 face-down cards on your opponent's side of the field; the cards cannot be activated or flipped face-up.

Probably one the more useful cards. Though in case you want to do it together with Totems, having it be face-up means that you probably already used their effect, in which case they are useless. So maybe make it banish 1 in the Graveyard? Good card really, just fix your OCG.

Overall, need some Synchro Support that's what it needs and make Red a Tuner. I also needs better effects that actaully make sense for this kind of play. I suggest some more lockdown like you're going for with Curse, which is my favorite of the bunch. Nice, but need work. 6/10
