Here are some things I'd suggest: The fact that Charcoal Land makes all "Fire World" monsters immune to WATER monster attacks is kind of useless, since it only is immune against one attribute of monster. I can see the logic in it, though. Try changing it to: All face-up "Fire World" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle with a monster that is WATER, Fish, Sea Serpent, or Aqua-type." Maybe you should also think about finding a different picture. Maybe find a different picture for Fire Starter, also. And there's no such thing as a Starter-type. Try Warrior-type. The OCG in Flare Bird is questionable. Also, there's no such type as Burning-Bird. Here, I suggest Winged Beast, or Pyro-type, to keep it consistent with your archetype. Nice picture, though. Sora1499 Posted January 12, 2013 Report Share Posted January 12, 2013 Welcome to YCM! Le review: 1. This card is actually not as useless as it seems, with merlanteans being so big and all. In fact, it'd be pretty good side material against them. 2. First off, please don't give your cards fake types. It doesn't look "cool", it looks stupid. As for the card itself, it seems really abusable, because you can go plus a bajillion with him. That's not fair. I'd change the effect to "When this card is normal summoned: You can add 1 'Fire World' card from your deck to your hand." That's fair. 3. For the sake of flavor, I'd make him a FIRE. He's quite well designed, really, I have no problems with OP'dness. In fact, he probably needs a buff. I'd make him SS'able if you control 3 Fire Workd cards so that it combos with starter and the charcoal land and also still allow him to inflict battle damage during the turn he's summoned. I'd also give him some other sort of effect, because a droppable 25 beater ain't much by itself. Overall, they're not too bad for a new member, they just need some fixes. Keep em up! l0c0amp Posted July 1, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 1, 2013 Updated Set: Fire world - Flare Bird: [Winged-Beast/Effect] 2500 ATK 1900 DEF: This card can be special summoned if you have 3 or more "Fire World" Monsters on the field, this card cannot attack the turn it is special summoned. Fire World - Mechanical Blaze [Machine/Tuner] 800 ATK 1600 DEF: This card can only be special summoned if "Fire World - Charcoal Land" is on the field.
