This card cannot be Special Summoned. During either player's turn, if exactly 1 card is destroyed and if it is the first card destroyed during this turn, the card's owner takes 1000 damage. Then activate the appropriate effect, based on the type of that card:
● Monster: The player who does not own that card can take control of 1 monster his/her opponent controls.
● Spell: The card's owner discards 1 Spell Card. If he/she can not, he/she discards all cards in the hand.
● Trap: The card's owner cannot activate Trap Cards until the End Phase of his/her next turn.
[/spoiler]

The owner of the card that is destroyed first during the turn gets punished. Can be pretty risky.
Any suggestions/criticism?

Mystical is going to have a fun time with this. First off, don't say "in addition" in this case, say "then" instead as I think what you're trying to do with this effect is make it happen afterwards, where "then" would fit well As "in addition" typicly refers to when you get something you typicly didn't as 2 Normal Summons, an other attack, more draws doing the draw phase and so on. The best effect is probably the whole hand discard effect if no spell cards are found. Might also be the hardest, though that's okay. The monster change is balanced enough because this guy cannot be Normal Summoned, and there's easier ways to steal monsters. Overall, I don't know where I would use this really, as it can't be SS. It has quite the amount of ATK though, but for a non-SS it's okay.

Being impossible to Special Summon makes this card very "niche". Say you use a Treeborn and a Ronintoadin to bring it out.

If you run over a monster, and they control another, you wipe their field. If they control 2 others, you wipe their field anyways, by killing their last monster with a stolen one. It also cancels the gain from Soul Taker.

If you blow up a Field Spell or something, you remove their follow-up options.

Most importantly. If you use MST on a Trap, you lock out any Traps they've currently Set, but if they had Traps they'd usually stop your Tribute Summon.

So this card's not bad, but it has the Photon Wyvern problem. If the game is complicated enough to make its effect worthwhile, it usually won't go through. You can probably deal 1000 damage, but there might not be a monster to steal, a hand to discard, or Traps to block, or any of the above will intercept it.

@ Zaizuma Okay, changed to "Then". But who or what is "Mystical"?

Yeah, I also didn't have a real "aim" with this card, just for fun (;

@ newhat Yeah, you'll definitely need cards to protect it and make sure it can use its effect. But usually your opponent should have more than 1 monster, at least 1 card in his hand and some Spells/Traps on his side of the field, so that shouldn't be a big problem IMO.
SO do you think it's I should make it stronger?
