But without undine/dead controller it's worthless, and I don't want to screw up the beautiful consistency the deck has.

I did say that it also works with dead controller. I'll give it a shot and see if it changes my mind.

-1 Catastor (I think you only need one)
-1 Armory (i don't see how you can use him in this deck.)
-1 Scrap Dragon (I don't see how you can summon him and be useful.)

-1 Acid Golem (I just don't like him, personal preference.)

+1 Daigusto Phoenix
+1 Mermail Abysstrite (Works well with Bahamut Shark, in my experience anyways.)
+1 Utopia
+1 Leviair

I also prefer Mirror Force/CEV over Solemn Warning, but that's just me.

I don't like the extra deck suggestions... I should never need to go on the defensive, I never banish stuff, scrap dragon and acid golem can win by themselves, 2 catastor is always useful, and phoenix isn't worth the armory arm space.

I really like marksman at 3, but I might test him at 2. I might also test Teus at 1, but odds are I'm going to keep him at 2 as well.
