Single - Copy Crawler

Not actually something you would ever really run, but it's a fun little guy I would think.

LORE: You can only control 1 face-up "Copy Crawler". You can banish the top 3 card in your Deck, then Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card gains effects and ATK and DEF depending on the card type(s):
*Monster(s): Half the ATK and DEF of all the monsters banished, this card gains ATK equal to the combined ATK and DEF of those monsters.
*Spell Card(s): Gains 600 ATK and DEF and it gains 1 of those card's effects.
*Trap Card (s): Gains 800 ATK and DEF, also if this card would be destryoed, you can decrease this card's ATK and DEF by 800 instead.

Well, I think it wouldn't be too bad in a Banish Deck. I just don't know if there are any Banish Decks really used today.

The monsters-effect is good and doesnt seem overpowered to me. The Trap-effect actually seems useful, too, I have nothing to complain.

I just don't know how the Spell-effect should work. The Copy Crawler gains 1 of the Spell Card's effects? So how do I even activate those gained effects? Once/Once per turn/..?

But I like the idea, not bad. (:

I don't understand the card at all. Please explain because I'm totally lost o_o.

 

Banish the top 3 cards, then special summon then the most confusing part. This card gains effects and ATK and DEF depending on the card type: OF WHAT? The banished cards? What if they were 1 of each type, what if they were 3 2000+ ATK monsters of amazing effects.

 

Please explain. :)
