Cherz
So, Introducing a new card, Panic Monkey. It swings from zone to zone, like rabbit, avoiding hole of darkness, and ect. When it revives, it throws away one spell in either players graveyard. It can be used as XYZ fodder, and all dat good stuff. :
groniack
This is pretty interesting card design !!At first i didn't see the during either players turn and I was confused. :)But now I believe it is a good card. It is a card that can survive for long and i ike that.I have only 1 question. When it is in your Spell and trap card zone is it treated as a spell or a trap or something like that ?I am saying this because if it is still treated as a monster Dark hole , Lightning vortex .... affect it. So I think you should specify that.
SerooChann
Shouldn't this be in the pop culture forums? Or he doesn't look like a pokemon to me? Anyways, Lore correction: (Maybe?) Once per turn: During either player's turn; you can place this card in your Spell or Trap Card zone or Special Summon it to your side of the field from your Spell and Trap Card zone. Each time this card is Special Summoned; banish 1 Spell Card from either player's Graveyards. Well, if it can save itself when it is about to be destroyed by battle then yeah I think it's worth using. If this card somehow supports the Crystal Beasts.... And you can spam his second effect each 2 turns if luckily it doesn't get destroyed.
Judαs
It's unique, but how would the Spell removal be of use? Off the top of my head the only popular card that uses Spells in the graveyard is High Priestess of Prophecy.
Sora1499
So... It's a floater. It guarantees you a level 4 on the board to do whatever with in a similar manner as wind-up rabbit. As for the banishing effect, I'd give it the ability to banish any card upon its summon, so that it's a bit more useful.

Well, its an effect that works against against prophecy, since Sepher, priestess, and spellbook tower. So... It's a floater.
