Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, declare 1 Card Type then draw 1 card: If the drawn is the declared Card Type; add it to your hand. If not, banish it.

 

I don't really see any use to it and it all relies on luck or just you have one hell of a deck arrangement, like Misaki from CFG (Cardfight Vnaguard). Just for fun card used in a just for fun deck.

 

Maybe you would use it as a way to banish cards on purpose on a Banish Deck, but heh, there are a lot of other better banishing cards than this.

 

And I don't even think the OCG fix I wrote is right, other better OCG fixers will come and comment.

I'm not good at OCG fixing but this is my contribution...I am not good if we talk about luck so, this card might be a letdown to other players.

Semantics aside, this card is quite powerful. You average 3 turns to make this card pay for itself, unless you stack your Deck heavily with Spells or with Traps (if you stack heavily with monsters, this will just get destroyed by the opponent's unused Mystical Space Typhoons). I don't think this card would ever be made because it would encourage slowing the game down enormously, but it's certainly usable.
