Laggia has solemn judgment and emerald has pot of avarice, so I'm continuing the trend by putting reborn on a rank 3!  Hopefully it's balanced /inb4TGU.  Comment, review, rate, hate, whatever.  Enjoy!  PS.: A little birdy told me that good reviewers get reps.  Where is the bird now?  I shot his ass and make dinner out of it.  I'm a horrible person, I know.

But eah, good card idea. Not very practical, though. No decks would use it unless they were decks that revolved around banishing

Not a staple obviously, but I like it, seems pretty balanced to me. Works with Tokens, Mind Control etc. Easily summon with Tourguide. ATK/DEF is decent. Useless early game. Doesn't fit properly in Macro because they will rarely have monsters in the Graveyard. Unlikely someone will build a deck with this as a focus.
