Anyone else paints or play miniature wargames?

Miniature wargaming and painting go together like Nicola Tesla and Mark Twain.

Like Calvin Klein and the Nazis.

Like Mongols and horses.

Like the Japanese and adapting stuff to fit in their own culture.

Like the British navy and icebergs.

Anyhow, anyone else loves painting?  It could be anything.  oil painting, painting scenery, portraits, miniatures.  If you do paint, do you leave the TV or radio on?  Do you put on music?

Whenever I paint my army for 40k, Fantasy, and paint my terrain, I personally love leaving on the TV on the BBC or put on some music.

I really WANT to, but not only do I lack the funds for it, but I also lack the means.

At least, until I get my License and get a job. Then it'll be wide open.

Only fear is that I might be crucified by some of the fanbase for my lack of knowledge. :/

Neophyte, come PM me and I shall educate you in all the wargames, PnP RPGs and other stuff I know of.

Swear yourself to become my apprentice!

Though yeah, it is an expensive hobby and sometimes require you to take out loans if you're brain dead or don't know jack shit.where to buy.  Of course if you know how to cast, the costs instantly reduce by 50% at least.
