newhat Posted January 29, 2013 Report Share Posted January 29, 2013 Four effects. When Summoned, recycles a card. This is not good design and produces many infinites, particularly with De-Synchro. Quick effect snipes a card. This is unfairly powerful, as it can derail Xyz and Synchro Summons, kill Traps and basically stop anything that would kill Angel of Time except Dark Hole. When a Summon is attempted or an effect is activated, blink out, then blink in during the End Phase and trigger Effect 1. This is fairly costed but would not carry the card by itself. If the first effect weren't there, and the second effect only worked once while it was face-up on the field, this would be fine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
