A.Prime Posted January 31, 2013 Report Share Posted January 31, 2013 As an idea it's good. The bad things are:1. Your pics have white background, so they seem empty.2. Change the Penguin/Effect to "Winged Beast/Effect" etc.3. You have OCG (Official Card Grammar) errors.4. The Synchro Monsters, before any other effect, have the conditions for the Summoning. (1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters) or ("Pengun Baby" + 1 or more Winged Beast non-Tuner monsters)If you need tips for OCG send me a PM.
