newhat Posted February 1, 2013 Report Share Posted February 1, 2013 The first effect is very powerful since she's a Fairy and can be Special Summoned by Valhalla, Hall of the Fallen, allowing you to search Monster Reborn with her and recycle her from the Graveyard indefinitely.
