Woal The Barslian Titan (Xyz Monster)

Semi-complex monster effect, so let me explain it's Rulings real quick (if I'm wrong about something, tell me).

*The Xyz Summon triggers, and makes a Chain, though the attach does not, nor does the banish.

*The monster doesn't have to be banished anymore, since it doens't say that it has to be banished still.

*Piercing is a Continuous which can be negated.

*Detaching is a cost.

*Targetting happens at activation, changing them happens at resolution.

*If you cannot target those, your effect for that only being able to attack will never happen, and so won't the attacking twice, as it happens when you succesfully complete the effect.

*Attacking twice is a part of the previous effect, and can only be negated if thta effect was succesful.

3 Level 4 monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned: Target 1 card on the field, except this card; banish that target. Attach it to this card as an Xyz Material during your 2nd Standby Phase after activation. When that card is detached, banish it. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target up to 2 monsters your oppoent controls; change those targets to face-down Defence Position, and if you do, this card is the only card that can attack this turn, and it can only attack face-down monsters. This card can attack twice the turn you activated this effect, but cannot attack directly.

You may want to read advanced clause before you post again, but ignoring...

Alright I don't come here very often but you attracted my attention with your flaming of the new girl (you bully XD) but that's not what were here to talk about.

Overall its a balanced the number of materials this card needs makes it harder to get, but the piercing, removal, and face-down effects make it worth using. The only thing I could think of to make it more balanced is remove the attack twice part, because that might be a little OP.

I'll think about the attack twice, I see how that can become annoying, maybe I'll make it so it can't attack directly, or something, anyways, thanks for the review.

EDIT: Updated the card, also put in "as an Xyz Material" which I forgot.

The card is moderately balanced, although the Caius clause is excessive and unnecessary. This guy already pisses on big monsters, there's no reason to kill even more of them. In terms of design, idk. It interacts way too well with itself for my liking. I'm not saying that it's broken or OP, but it is questionable.

Cards should usually have a single, distinct purpose, not a bunch of random effects thrown together for no reason. The card's main purpose is to function as a bulldozer and kill a bunch of stuff by battle, but the caius clause eludes to the fact that you're supposed to drop him and be done. So, it's distracting and contradicts his other effect. What I guess I'm trying to say is that it gives him an edge that he doesn't need.

Actually, no. It's very connected, as it's there to get rid of the stuff you don't want, things that can become annoying when it enters the field, or something that's stronger, then you can plow down the little guys, or get rid of guys who have effects by turning them face-down. It's of course not everyone who thinks that it should have that any effects, though I see what you mean. I don't want it to simply become a generic card either, I want it to have some kind of depth to it's play. Anyways, I'll see if I can change it somewhat.
