Each card in this set has all of its effects geared around "experiment" counters. Once enough counters get on the field, they can use their effects.

 

Experiment 001: The Canceler

DARK

Level 1

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effect based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

1+: Any card on your side of the field with an "Experiment Counter" on it cannot be destroyed by card effects.

ATK 500/DEF 200

 

Experiment 002: The Drainer

DARK

Level 1

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effect based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

2+: Any monster on your opponent's side of the field with an "Experiment Counter" on it loses 100 ATK and DEF for each "Experiment Counter on it.

Experiment 003: The Controller

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

1+: When an "Experiment" monster is destroyed, put 1 "Experiment Counter" on each face-up card on your opponent's side of the field.

2+: When an "Experiment" monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle, special summon 1 "Experiment" monster from your graveyard.

Experiment 004: The Striker

Level 1

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effect based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

3+:Once per turn, you can select 1 "Experiment" monster; that monster can attack twice during each battle phase this turn.

ATK 100/DEF 1000

 

Experiment 005: The Assasin

DARK

Level 2

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experimental Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experimental Counters" on the field:

1+:This card can attack your opponent directly.

3+:You can select 1 card on your opponent's side of the field with an "Experiment Counter" on it. Destroy the selected card.

ATK 800/DEF 200

 

Experiment 006: The Warper

DARK

Level 2

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experimental Counters" on the field:

2+:Once per turn, you can return 1 card with an "Experiment Counter" on it to its owner's hand.

3+:When an "Experiment Counter" is put on a card, banish 1 face-down card on the field.

ATK 700/DEF 100

 

Experiment 007: The Fool

DARK

Level 3

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experimental Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

1+:During either player's turn, you can banish this card.

2+:When this card is banished, banish your opponent's monster with the highest number of "Experiment Counters" on it (if it's a tie, you get to choose).

3+:During your standby phase, you can special summon this card (from your banished zone).

ATK 1200/DEF 200

 

Experiment 008:The Trickster

DARK

Level 1

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effect based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

4+:If a monster on your opponent's side of the field is destroyed by battle, switch the battle positions of all your opponent's monsters.

ATK 500/DEF 100

 

Experiment 009:The Unknown

DARK

Level 2

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

1+:You can special summon this card (from your hand).

4+:Once per turn, you can discard 1 "Experiment" monster from your hand, special summon 1 "Experiment" monster from your deck.

ATK 800/DEF 1000

 

Experiment 010: The Infected

DARK

Level 2

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experimental Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

2+:When your opponent summons a monster, put 1 "Experiment" counter on each face-up card on the field.

4+:Once per turn, you can select 1 card on the field with an "Experiment Counter" on it. Negate its effects.

ATK 700/DEF 900

 

Experiment 011: The Evolver

DARK

Level 3

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

1+:Each "Experiment" monster you control with an "Experiment Counter" on it inflicts piercing battle damage.

2+:Each monster your opponent controls with an "Experiment Counter" on it loses 900 ATK and DEF.

4+:Once per turn, you can special summon 1 "Experiment" monster from your hand.

ATK 1500/DEF 1000

 

Experiment 012: The Abductor

DARK

Level 2

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field:

3+:This card gains 1500 DEF.

4+:During your standby phase, you can take control of 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field until the end phase.

ATK 500/DEF 500

 

Experiment 013: The Reverser

DARK

Level 3

Beast/Effect

Once per turn, you can put 1 "Experiment Counter" on 1 face-up card on the field. This card gains the following effects based on the number of "Experiment Counters" on the field.

1+: When your opponent special summons a monster, return 1 spell or trap card on the field to its owner's hand.

3+: This card gains 300 ATK and DEF.

4+: If this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, special summon it.

ATK 1000/DEF 1000

 

Support:

 

Experimental World

Spell/Field

Each "Experiment" monster on the field gains 100 ATK and DEF for each "Experiment Counter" on this card. All non-"Experiment" monsters on the field lose 200 DEF for each "Experiment Counter" on this card.

 

Experimental Fusion

Spell/Continuous

Once per turn, you can tribute 2 "Experiment" monsters on your side of the field; special summon 1 "Experiment" monster from your deck with a level less than or equal to the combined level of the tributed monsters.

 

Experimental Energy

Spell/Continuous

When an "Experiment" monster attacks, put 1 "Experiment Counter" on this card. During your standby phase, you can special summon 1 "Experiment" monster from your deck with a level less than or equal to the number of "Experiment Counters" on this card.

 

Experimental Level

Spell/Continuous

Each "Experiment" monster has its Level increased equal to the number of "Experiment Counters" on it.
