When this card is Special Summoned you can draw 1 card. During either turn when an effect is activated, a monster is Summoned or an attack Target is designated; you can Banish this card to Special Summon any number of "Clown Thug" Tokens (DARK/Spellcaster/ATK:1800/DEF:0) that is possible. Every turn this card is Banished by its own effect, the opponent takes 1000 points of direct damage. As long as you control "Clown Tokens" this card can be Special Summoned to attack directly, then Banish itself again (this is not an activation of its first effect and you get no Tokens). When every Token is destroyed this card must be Special Summoned to the field, and cannot activate its effect the turn it is forcibly Special Summoned back to the field.

Odd wording but the effect is clear.

 

You can OTK with this card simply by Summoning it. Its draw effect will trigger, whereupon you can banish it, inflicting 1000 damage and giving you 9000 ATK worth of Tokens.
