Lore:Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 3 face-up monsters.The Special Summon of this card cannot be negated.You can Special Summon 1 level 5 or lower Machine-Type or Dragon-Type monster from your hand.The effect of "Cyborgian Dragon" can only be activated once per turn.
