Salvage Dragon

Welli didn't have anything in particular when I made this but i guess it can see some use in some Decks. Do you think this would do good in a contest if i ever participated in 1 ? :)

Banish-Pile is not a term, do you think it is? Why no card says that, change it so it says "1 Banished..." instead. Also you have a cost without an effect, what's up with that? Shouldnt have the first letter after the semi-colon capitalized either. Now the SS is OP, sincecan that way return those to your hand for other fun things and that it's normal summonable and CotHable too, making it even more OP. It's second effect would be great for Atlantean, but since you're not making it for a cost or activation or what ever, it's kind of useless, but you can set up other toolboxes (is that the correct term, I always forget) with it.

Well the Special Summoning doesn't seem to me that oped but i don't know it might actually be :)

As for the adding part. Do you think if i add a cost (like discarding to add) would balance it?

Ok i will change the Banish-Pile to 1 bnished monster as you pointed out (it sounds way better the way you suggested it )

That way, seting it or having it leave the field will reset it. So you could use CotH to get it back and reuse an other one to return a monster. If you put in after the effect " This effect of "Salvage Dragon" can only be used once per turn." it would change that flaw, and make it a tiny bit less OP.
