You cannot Summon this card if you control a face-up Spell or Trap Card. Cannot be Normal Summoned except by tributing 3 Monsters. Once Summoned, this card gains ATK equal to the number of face-up Effect Monsters your opponent controls *400. The effects of all of your opponent's Effect Monsters that activate during the Main Phase or Standby Phase cannot be activated, and your opponent's Monster Effects that are face-up on the field are negated until the 3rd turn after this card's Normal Summon. thoughts?
