Neutrality Man
Fusions and Synchros have pretty much fallen to nothingness in wake of XYZs. Now an XYZ will be a stepping stone to a Synchro/Fusion with the same Level. Lore: Once per turn: Return one XYZ Monster, Fusion Monster, or Synchro Monster you control to the Extra Deck. Special Summon a Monster from the Extra Deck that does not share its card type with the returned Monster with equal Level/Rank. And this one will make XYZ monsters work as Synchro Material. Lore: XYZ Monsters' Ranks are also treated as Levels until the End Phase.
Judαs
First card is broken as hell. It's basically Metamorphosis but a little harder. You can easily spam Synchro monsters of any level you like in heavy synchro-oriented decks. Second card is pretty awesome, I like this effect. Zazubat
Shoud really be under Sets, ask a mod to move it. OCG fix: Once per turn: Return 1 (when specificly refering to 1 card, make sure to use 1 instead of one) Xyz (simply changed it to lowercase) Monster, Fusion Monster, or Synchro Monster you control to the Extra Deck, then (I'm sure you mean for these to be connected) Special Summon a Monster from the Extra Deck with an other type, but the same Level/Rank as the returned monster. (more of a change here, simply made it easier to understand). Now for the card, while it's a mandatory effect, and you need to run monsters with the same Levels/Ranks (ranks are a bit easier than Levels in this case considering the requirements needed for some Xyz Monsters) so unless you got 2 monsters with the same Level/Rank and an other type, this card will be rendered useless. Now that said, it's still powerful, though considering that it's an SS not a Fusion/Synchro/Xyz Summon it won't activate those effects, and Xyz Monsters won't have their Xyz Materails so they are quite useless here. To tone it down, make it so it will be destroyed if you can't return a monster, that way you won't just leave this thing open for your next big guy you wanna switch out. OCG fix for second card: Face-up (to imply you're not talking about cards in the Extra Deck, unless you also mean those, in which case this would be broken) Xyz (changed again) Monsters' Ranks are also treated as Levels until the End Phase. Now while this is nice, I don't see why you would waste 2 or more monsters to something out so you can simply use that for a Synchro I don't know, why not just use those instead? But if you really want an effect like this to play around with, I suppose there's nothing really wrong with it. I just don't think it finds a place anywhere in my deck. There was originally a clause where the monster was consider Fused/Sync'd/Overlaid properly, but I ruled that just getting the bastards out was strong enough. Not saying "Face-up" on Cosmic Eclipse was just my brain being dead at 5 AM. I also thought XYZ was allcaps for some reason. Thanks again, rendering changes. And again, these cards are meant to be used on Material-exhausted Xyz Monsters who can't use their effects anymore.
