writing a story, this card is used by one of the main characters after he is introduced to "illuminati" cards, incredibly powerful-almost unfairly so-cards that the secret organization uses to run the world behind the scenes

 

 

 

 

 

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by discarding 2 DARK type monsters or if you control no monsters. Before your opponent's Draw Phase you can look at the top card of his/her deck and return the card to the top or bottom of their deck. During either turn you can pay 1000 Life Points to force 2 of your opponent's monsters to Battle each other, damage calculation is applied. If your opponent controls only 1 monster you can pay 1500 Life Points to have that monster attack your opponent directly; You cannot conduct your Battle Phase when this effect is activated. When this card is destroyed your opponent must randomly reveal 1 card in his/her hand.
