Zazubat
This not quite sure if this could work, but in some builds it probably could. 2 Level 2 monsters You can detach all Xyz Materials from this card to banish up to 3 LIGHT Fairy-Type Normal Monsters in your Graveyard to target 1 banished LIGHT Fairy-Type monster with a Level equal to or less than the total Levels of the banished monsters; Special Summon that monster. The effect of "Agent of Control - Space" can only be used once per turn.
Judαs
It won't work in Agents at least. Supposing the only Normals you have in your deck are the MSBs, you can only get two of your three balls into the grave. Which means this card becomes Leviair the Sea Dragon. Also this would require you to already dump one ball into the Grave beforehand. Even Miraculous Rebirth sounds more feasible than this card, with reference to Agents. I can see it being used in Herald of Perfection somehow, though. Advanced Ritual Art -> Herald -> Normal Venus -> Balls -> This -> Banish Gyakutenno and 1 Ball -> Revive Lv8 banished Light Fairy

Or is that gonna be OP?
Judαs
I don't know for sure. It becomes better then, but I can't think of a deck that banishes fairies selectively such that the good ones are gone and the stupid ones remain the Graveyard, it might be not so overpowered, and it still remains a supersituational Leviair, so it's fine I guess. edit: Oh wait, you can special summon a card banished by this effect. It's still balanced though IMO.

As it stands, it's a less flexible leviair, which is fine.

Banish Hyperion in Graveyard: special summon banished hyperion, because the special summon selection is done after banishing. Can be easily averted/fixed by making the selection earlier

Judαs
"All Xyz Materials" is a trick but nice wording, which means I can use Overlay Regen to use its effect twice without much trouble, but it's fine, I guess.

I don't think we need to worry about that too much.
