They were made for testing out this: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/297049-trying-out-the-evolution-mse-template/

I suppose you might as well review them if that's your thing, so I made them oldschool again. Here they are:

Lores for all you people who like reading:
Destroy all monsters you control. During your next Standby Phase: Banish all monsters in your Graveyard, except monsters destroyed by this card's effect; inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each monster in your Graveyard. This card must be face-up to activate and resolve this effect.

Target 1 monster you opponent controls and 1 monster you control; send them to the Graveyard. During your next Standby Phase, if both cards are still in their respective owners' Graveyard Special Summon both to your side of the field in face-up Defence Position. Your opponent can send an other monster they control to the Graveyard to negate this effect. Only 1 "Stormy Sea" can be used per turn.

You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during
the same turn that a monster you control was destroyed by battle. This card cannnot be destoyed by card effects if this is the only monster you control. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 monster you control; this card gains 500 ATK until the End Phase.

Decay of the Damned is in a weird place. If your opponent doesn't have MST in the late game it can easily do upwards of 5000 damage, but it's not incredibly difficult to counter. I would say "no", just because it can OTK without much dedication.

Stormy Sea doesn't seem fair because it's chainable. Does the negation apply to the very first effect, or only to the revival?

Torment Berserker is not particularly powerful; at 2000 ATK it dies more often to battle than to effects. It's still better than IPPTD.

The negation is for the whole effect.
