Stan Alda
Gravitational Anomaly is a simple Xyz take on Overlay Eater; it takes other people's Xyz Materials, but instead of just destroying them, it attaches them to itself. Once it has 4 materials, it can detach them for a half-nuke. Once that's done, though, you're left with a lackluster 1800 or 1900 ATK and 4 more turns to build that nuke up again. Wait, 1800 or 1900? I actually made two versions of this card; one has 1800 ATK and only destroys monsters, while the other has 1900 ATK and destroys all cards. Which one is more balanced?

DARK Rank 2 Fiend/Xyz/Effect 2 Level 2 monsters Once per turn, during your Main Phase: you can take 1 Xyz Material from a monster your opponent controls and attach it to this card as an Xyz Material. When this monster has at least 4 monsters attached to it as Xyz Material: detach all monsters from this card; destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field. 1900/1300

DARK Rank 2 Fiend/Xyz/Effect 2 Level 2 monsters Once per turn, during your Main Phase: you can take 1 Xyz Material from a monster your opponent controls and attach it to this card as an Xyz Material. Zazubat
An interesting idea, though I think that the posibity of getting the nuke is pretty low, which in terms does make it kind of balanced, though rahter I would want a high DEF monster that wouldn't get destroyed that easily since this card would probably be taken out if your opponent had an Xyz Monster to begin with, but then again you could detach and then just attack that monster. As for which version, I think the field nuke is fine, though if you do decide to change it, it could get unbalanced.

Remember that when you Xyz it you already have two materials toward the nuke effect. Using it twice is the hard part. It's essentially meant to pave the way for other monsters rather than attack in and of itself.

Maybe with additional card support it could work.
Darkneptune
i like the version that destroys all cards better. simply because there are so many strategies to Xyz summon and Synchro summon in the first turn. (dont even get me started on fusions). So clearing the field of everything would come quite in handy. its not impossible though. if i understood correctly, it is summoned with 2 xyz material and it can use its effect the turn it is summoned so thats 3 in that turn. all you gotta do is protect it for 1 turn and BOOM! plus its effect is only usable if the opponents uses Xyz monsters AND if they happen to still have them when this guy is summoned. (*wink* *wink* spiritual fire art Kurenai and similar cards.) i think cards like negate attack and scrap-iron scarecrow would be his best friends. for added fun, you could make him a mini Black Rose and nuke out both players fields, but then that would need some hand support to summon or set something on that same turn. Still the concept is very cool. id say 8/10, very original.
jarkono41
Sorry for advanced clause but all honest opinion MK2, except make it so you can take 1 from each face-up XYZ, so if they control 2 u get the effect off instantly. Most players will just get rid of their own XYZ monster before u can do this eff.
