Lore: When this card is Normal Summoned, if your Hand has more cards than the Opponent's, you can Shuffle this card in your Deck and banish 1 monster (from your Hand) to Draw 2 cards. The Effect of "Ocean Witch, Pepper" can only be used Once per turn. FInal Notes: After long time, finally posted another card, this time a Single based on Draw Power, hope ya all like it.
