Synchronized
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of a "Spellbook" Spell Card. This card is unaffected by the effect(s) of your opponent's Spell and Trap Cards. When this card is Special Summoned: Target 1 "Spellbook" Spell Card in your Graveyard; banish all other "Spellbook" Spell Cards in your Graveyard, then add that target to your hand. Once per turn: You can target 1 banished "Spellbook" Spell Card and 1 monster on the field; shuffle the first target into the Deck and destroy the second target.
Been a while since I made a card, so I figured I'd get back into things with this one. Obviously, I had to be really careful designing this because of 'Divine Spellbook of Judgment', but I think I did okay. You can't bring this out with any of the "Prophecy" monsters, which adds some balance to it. I gave it the unaffected by S/T effect to make up for the weak ATK and somewhat difficult Summoning Conditions. Either way, I'd like some advice on what to fix if there are still some problems with it.
Sora1499
It's kinda horrible. The only ways to SS it are with Divine Judjment and spellbook of life, neither of which are especially reliable ways of summoning it because you are a. very unlikely to play 10 spell cards in a single turn and b. milling this is bad, considering how there a bunch of other better targets to grab with life. But let's say, on the off chance, I'm able to bring this guy out with judgment or life. What exactly am I getting from it...? I'm forced to banish almost all of my spellbooks from grave, which renders the Tower and Master engine null and void and hampers Junon's ability to pop things. His effect to pop stuff would be decent and combo-ccentric with Junon, except for the fact that, as stated previously, you have to get rid of your primary engine. PLus, drawing into this must suck, whereas Junon is good to go if you draw her and comes hand-packaged with 2 searchers and is, overall, a superior option in most cases. So, overall, this card is mediocre. If I were you, I'd make her a level 7 and nix the nomi clause so I can at least grab her with temperance. Then, I'd make her effect banish only 1 or 2 spellbooks to grab the other one. At that point she's decent, but not really necessary for the deck. Actually, a good way to send it to the GY is to use judgment and hit hand size limit, then discard it for hand size limit. If you searched a book of life you can summon it right away, and if you have book of life in the GY and a graveyard loaded with spellcasters you can loop it over and over. Still seems a bit bad to me. I'd rather grab justice -> junon, tbh
