The deck aims to First Turn Norleras as soon as possible. However, there are times when it's best to not first turn Norleras. Namely when your grave isn't set up.

I've tried the Blackwing variant, but this seems to be more consistent, as well as more aggressive after you nuke everything.

Consistency is super important, so I highly recommend getting rid of Grephers, Plague, and Zephyros for 2 Monks, 1 Armageddon Knight, and a Dark Creator.  Should be running Thanatos in the Extra (for April, anyways).

Grephers help get dead stuff out of my hands, I don't really want to get rid of him... However. Plague and Zephyros are going. I already run 3 Dark Creators. :P

I also took out a ROTA.

+2 Gateway to Dark World

+1 Duality

Gateway has been wonderful for me. It allows me to recur a DW monster from my grave after I Norleras, and thus, bounce it for Grapha. It's been amazing. And since it's a quick-play, I can end phase it without any negative consequences.

Summoner Monk seems a bit contradictory here, but I admit, he could work out nicely... I'll definitely give him a go, along with armageddon...

Perhaps Summoner Monk over the third Norleras.

I want Norleras as soon as possible, so I can dump it as soon as possible. Plus, it makes Trade In more consistent. I'd have to change some things here and there if I want summoner... But I'm gonna give it some extensive testing.

After testing for nearly five hours (IRL) straight against my friend's Macro Rabbit / Karakuri Geargia / Wind Ups, and against my X-Sabers, Herald of Perfection, Gladiator Beasts and Lancer Frogs, I can First Turn Norleras about 80 to 90% of the time. And the times when I can't, I usually can the next turn or two. However, about 5% of my games, I just lose due to bad hands.

I have also discovered that I have NO IDEA how to side with this deck. I don't want to take anything out, or it'll mess up the consistency... And I have too many cards to side out to side into normal Dark Worlds, and even then it'd still have the weakness to my opponent's side cards. Any thoughts?

Your side deck should probably be 3x MST and 3x Night Beam (and maybe 3x Decree) and filler.  If you win G1 you need to side into S/T hate G2, then if you still lose you can side back into the Turbo build to maximize your chances of pulling off a T1 Norleras and getting game asap.
