You can detach 2 XYZ Materials from this card to skip the Draw Phase of your opponent's next turn.

When this card is Xyz (I know that the card says XYZ, but always make sure to use the lowercased, otherwise you are talking about the XYZ archetype) Summoned: You can draw 1 card. This card with Xyz Materials can attack before any other monster. During either players turn: You can detach 1 (simple change, all cards use 1 not an when talking about a specific card) Xyz Material from this card; banish this card. (Changed so it follows PSCT) If banished (why did you use removed from play before? Also banish and banished are always lowercased) by its own effect: Special Summon this card during the End Phase. You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card to skip the Draw Phase of your opponent's next turn.

 

I got no idea what you want with the effect that makes it attack first since you always get to decide, only very few cards have a clause that let's them do this, and really they don't make any sense. I also don't really understand the whole banish part. It avoids being destroyed, but then you enter the field with a useless monster with no Xyz Materials. For it's last effect, I think you just wanted to put a bunch of effects together at this point, and that's not a good design, rather have more monsters with these effects instead. It makes it horribly unbalaned since it's doens't need any specific materials so you can just use this card's effect to get a draw and skip your opponent's next draw which gives you a huge advantage. Really I don't know where you were going with this, so unless you can explain what your intention was I find this pretty badly designed.

yeaa i made this after a party and i was kinda messed up lolzz i thought it was so cool at the time tho, cause the whole "Quick" thing it could dodge attacks and effects then its ultimate move could stop time by freezing the opponent from drawing loll
