Just Crouton
Galaxy-Eyes Photon Chick You can discard this card and Tribute 1 face-up monster you control with 2000 or more ATK; Special Summon 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" (from your Deck), but it cannot attack this turn. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; this turn, all face-up "Photon" and "Galaxy" monsters you control become Level 8.
Zazubat
Galaxy-Eyes Photon Chick You can discard this card and Tribute 1 face-up monster you control with 2000 or more ATK; Special Summon 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" (from your Deck), but it cannot attack this turn. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; this turn, all face-up "Photon" and "Galaxy" monsters you control become Level 8. It's fairly balacned, you need both a monster on the field and this card, plus it doesn't get to attack, so you can't use this to get rid of annoying Xyz Monsters easy. I would suggest you make it a once per turn effect, because you could easily get a lot of Dragons out at once. The making everyone 8 can be pretty powerful, but it's still limited to only Photon/Galaxy, so you can't abuse it with other decks that might swarm the field, so I find it fairly balanced, and useful as well. I would run this card easily. OCG and image are both good as well. Very good 8/
Shinobi Phoenix
The Special Summon is from an effect (especially not the effect of the card that is being Summoned), so don't put parentheses around "from your Deck". I also think the name should be Galaxy-Eyes Photon Whelp to separate from Red-Eyes (and Blue-Eyes as well technically). Plus, we're pretty sure Chick was a Upper Deck name that wouldn't have been used otherwise (remember the art was of a baby Red-Eyes coming from an egg... like a chick). And "whelp" is often associated as a baby dragon in fiction. The effect is almost too normal to comment on... honestly.
Darkneptune
OMG! this card is so amazing! I am a huge fan of Kaito and Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon, even though ive never used photon cards. This card is awesome! Perfectly balanced and amazing support for Neo-Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon, and any other rank8 xyz. I really ant find anything bad to say. The cards name attracted me from the start, and the image is soooooo cute. Love it! 10/10 though i do think you could remove the parenthesis, and make him summonable from the hand as well, but still, awesome!
