You can only activate this card if your life points are 8000 or more, Pay Life Points until you have 1000 left. Once per turn if your opponent doesn't Normal Summon, Set or Special Summon a Monster select and activate one of these effects; *Look at your opponent's hand and select a monster card from it, ignoring it's Summoning conditions Special Summon it to their Side of The Field. *Look at your opponent's hand and select a spell or trap card from it, you can activate that card on their field ignoring it's activation cost or set it. *Select one monster your Opponent controls, your opponent must skip their main phase 1 during their next turn and go directly to their Battle Phase. They must attack with the selected monster.
