During your opponent's Main Phase: You can Synchro Summon using this face-up card you control as a Synchro Material Monster. Phoenix Resonator *2 FIRE Fiend/Tuner ATK 800 DEF 0 Effect: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, along with 1 other monster to target 1 "Red Dragon Archfiend" in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. It's effects are negated, and if it leaves the field, it is banished. Jamming Resonator *1 WIND Fiend/Tuner ATK 0 DEF 0 Effect: You can target 1 face-up Tuner monster you control; Special Summon this card (from your hand), then the target monster is treated as a non-Tuner monster.
