Chaonon Posted February 27, 2013 Report Share Posted February 27, 2013 When an Effect of a Monster Card targets 1 card that you control, you can Tribute this card to negate that card's effects and Special Summon 1 "Chaos Command Magician" from your Hand or Deck. Judαs Posted February 28, 2013 Report Share Posted February 28, 2013 Good for themed decks, but even the boss that this card is attempting to summon isn't very powerful. It's kind of meh in my opinion. Also, because it has only 1700 ATK, it will most likely be run over by attacking, almost every meta card has at least 1800 ATK beaters.
