There's nothing to say about a bland Synchro dude, it's not OP, it's actually hard as hell to summon, as you never use multiple tuners, that wastes them. [spoiler='Oceanic Tentishark'][/spoiler] well. not the most creative card effect I would say, and really it's pretty hard to summon without a WATER heavy deck that you probably won't have enough cards at the point where it's needed to negate effects. It's also not optional, in which case the game will require you do it if a trap card targets that monster. I would suggest changing it to "negate the Trap Card and destroy it, also your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards for the rest of the turn". That would boost this to playable.
