Time Traveler Set (8/?)

Welcome, one problem with the following cards is that their effects may be a bit bulky; so i might need some help slimming them down.
Once per turn, while "Exotic Time Machine" exists on the field, during each of your opponents End Phases, you can Special Summon 1 Monster you controlled, (that was destroyed by battle this turn) to your side of the field.

Once per turn, while "Exotic Time Machine" exists on the field, during each of your opponents End Phases, you can select 1 Trap Card in your Graveyard (that was destroyed by an opponents card effect this turn) and Set that card face-down on your side of the field. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to the number of turns that have passed since this card has been Summoned x 500 ( Max. 2500 ATK/DEF). If you control 1 other "Time Traveler" Monster, this card's level becomes level 8.

Once per turn, while "Exotic Time Machine" exists on the field, during each of your opponents End Phases, you can select 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard (that was destroyed by an opponents card effect this turn) and add that card to your hand. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to the number of turns that have passed since this card has been Summoned x 500 ( Max. 2500 ATK/DEF). If you control 1 other "Time Traveler" Monster, this card's level becomes level 8.

While, this card remains face-up on the field, "Time Traveler" Monsters cannot be selected as attack targets. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, it is not.

3 Level 8 "Time Traveler" Monsters
When this card destroys a Monster by battle, return that Monster to the top of its owner's Deck (after Damage Calculation). Once per turn, during either players turn, you can detach 3 Xyz Materials from this card and activate 1 of the following effects:
• Shuffle all cards on your opponent's side of the field into his/her Deck. Any Xyz or Synchro Monsters on your opponent's side of the field are banished instead.
•Shuffle all cards in your opponent's hand into his/her Deck.
191285.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing "Time Traveler Xenon", "Time Traveler Radon" and "Time Traveler Bismuth" while "Exotic Time Machine" is face-up on your side of the field. You can Tribute this face-up card during either players turn; then, Special Summon 1 "Time Traveler Xenon", "Time Traveler Radon" and "Time Traveler Bismuth" from your Graveyard. When this effect resolves, select up to 3 cards on your opponent's side of the field and return those cards to his/her Hand.
191290.jpg
When this card is activated, you must destroy 1 face-up "Exotic Time Machine" and banish all Monsters on the field. If "Time Traveler Argon" was banished by this effect, you can select 1 Xyz "Time Traveler" Monster in your Extra Deck, Graveyard or Banished Zone; Special Summon it and attach "Time Traveler Argon" to the selected card as an Xyz Material. While "Time Traveler Iodine" has Xyz Materials (attached by this effect) your Life Points cannot be reduced.
191326.jpg
When this card activated, return all cards on the field, hand, Graveyard and Banished Zone back to their respective decks; shuffle and both players draw 5 cards, then both players Life Points become 8000. This card's activation and effect cannot be negated. This card can only be activated while you control "Time Traveler Argon" while "Exotic Time Machine" is face-up on the field. This card can only be activated once per Duel.
Note: For Time Traveler Bismuth and Radon, by "Max. 2500 ATK/DEF", I mean that their ATK/DEF cannot go above 2500 (not that gaining 2500 by effect; therefore making their total 3500). So in other words, their ATK/DEF would be capped at 2500 no matter whichever effect you use on them.

Note #2. The purpose of flux capacitor Malfunction is to be able to "reset" the playing field for whatever case, whether if you were losing or were just testing your opponents deck to see what he/she is using, etc....

Anyways, comments? Ideas? Suggestions?

Adjust the effect to this,it is too over powered, change the last sentance to this:

Once per turn,if this card would be targeted by a Trap or Spell card, you may discard two cards from your hand in order to negate it.

Also I'd appreciate if you take a look at my cards.

After the first three cards, we really need to focus on balancing.

Exotic Time Machine: Give a discard effect to its protection.

Iodine: I have absolutely no idea how to summon this card, since you can only overlay your on field monsters

Argon: Eight cards is a lot to affect, considering only up to eleven was possible to begin with.

Transportal: Dark Hole is a limited card, and that only destroyed all monsters. Removing all monsters is insanely broken. Also, Iodine has no way to remove that one xyz material that essentially makes you immortal until she's dead.

Flux Capacitor Malfunction: Although this card seems pretty cool, I think it should not affect Life Points. Being able to reset an entire duel because you were losing would make people really annoyed, even if it was only once. So many people would shove this card into their deck, for no other reason except they could just try again on any duel they were failing at.

Keep at it, though. This looks like it has potential.
