Synchronized
If you control another Reptile-Type monster, destroy this card. This card gains 200 ATK for each card in your hand. If this card would be targeted by a card effect: You can send 1 Reptile-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; negate the activation and effect of that card and destroy it.
Somewhat interesting, just designed this based on the picture, but I wanted something that was relatively viable. Another thing that works well is the fact that it combos with Worms/Venoms. I know that milling as a cost isn't the best in terms of design, but the card itself has enough restrictions (as does the Type itself) that I don't think it's too big of a problem. Plus, it can run over some things like Thunder King too.
Turtlegary
I like it, Though i personally would have put "turtle" in the name, because it's a turtle.
newhat
Never change, Turtlegary. I like how the flavor echoes Gora Turtle of Illusion. In the early game it works nicely against clogged fields and will have high ATK if you don't Set much. It will not be very useful late-game because its ATK will be low. It sets up for a couple of things (Viper's Rebirth, for example), but since its effect doesn't have a real "cost", it's only a deterrent and you never will get to actually use it. I wasn't really sure how to design it. It seems like every time someone designs something around here the topic gets locked and its "inherently broken" without explanation, so yeah, it takes a bit more time to try and come up with a unique effect. That being said, it's still powerful enough to run over a lot of things (including Snowman Eater if you have 3 cards in your hand) while protecting itself from things like Dimensional Prison/Inzektors.
