Hello, this set is called D.A. ( Deck Attackers/Assaulters); cheesy name... i know :(

Anyways this set revolves around summoning OR activating effects from the Deck. This idea for such a deck came to me when I re-encountered penguin knight; the 1st card to have an effect to be activated from the Deck.
While this card remains face-up on the field, whenever a card is added to either player's hand or is Special Summoned to their side of the field (from their Deck), that player must return 1 Monster from the respective Zone to their Deck.
191684.jpg
When your opponent declares an attack, you can send this card from your Deck to negate the attack. If this card is sent to the Graveyard this way, discard 1 card from your hand.
* Sort of like Battle Fader, necro gardna etc...

191653.jpg
When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned, you can Special Summon up to 2 "D.A. Cavalary!" Monsters from your Deck. If this card is Special Summoned from the Deck, draw 1 card (your opponent can discard 1 card to negate this effect and destroy this card).
191645.jpg
You can Special Summon this card from your Deck during your Main Phase 2. If Summoned this way, you cannot Summon any other Monsters during your Main Phase 2.
*Note: By summoning in MP2 and not being able to summon anything else; this card is for purely to prevent your lifepoints being attacked by an extra monster.

191674.jpg
When your opponent activates a card effect that would negate and destroy 1 card you control, you can send this card from your Deck to your Graveyard to negate that effect; during the End Phase of this turn, halve your Life Points.
191657.jpg
When your opponent would add 1 Monster card to his/her hand from their Deck, you can add this card from your Deck to your hand, then add 1 Monster of the same Attribute and Type (of the added card) to your hand as well. If your opponent Summons the added Monster to the field during the same turn, you can send your added card to the Graveyard; look at the top 5 cards of your opponents Deck and return them in the same order. The effect of "D.A. Rare Sight" can only be activated once per turn.
191643.jpg
If you would send a card(s) from your Deck to your Graveyard due to an opponent's card effect, you can add this card (to your hand) from your Deck. If this card is added to your hand this way, then negate that effect by your opponent and destroy it.
191658.jpg
When your opponent declares an attack against 1 Defense Position Monster you control with DEF lower than the ATK of the attacking Monster ; you can target the attack target and you can send this card from your Deck. The targeted Monster gains DEF equal to the half the DEF of this card (before Damage Calculation).
* Only 1 can be activated during dmg calc.

191638.jpg
If a Monster you control was destroyed (before or after Damage Calculation) during your opponents Battle Phase, you can Special Summon this card from your Deck. If Special Summoned this way, any Monster that battles with this card is destroyed (before Damage Calculation), until your next End Phase.
* I have a feeling this might be overpowered

191649.jpg
When more than 1 Monster you control is banished in the same turn by your opponents card effects, you can Special Summon this card from your Deck and activate 1 of the following effects:
•Send the Banished cards to your Graveyard instead.
•When this card is Summoned, gain control of 1 Monster on your opponents side of the field.
*This card is simply for backup and vengeance against those players who have the max amount of BTH, DP, etc in their decks.

191676.jpg
Whenever you would take more than 3000 Battle Damage from 1 attack, you can Special Summon this card from your Deck. This card's ATK/DEF is equal to the amount inflicted. Once per turn, you can Tribute 2

Monsters you control, halve this card's ATK; it can attack directly this turn.
191651.jpg
If your opponent inflicts piercing Battle Damage to your Life Points, you can Special Summon this card from your Deck. When Summoned this way, you can Tribute this card to inflict

Effect Damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of this card. This effect can only be activated when you Summon this card. The effect(s) of "D.A. Armor-Piercing Slicer" can only be activated once per turn.
191680.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from the Deck by its own effect. If your Life Points are less than or equal to 1000, you can Special Summon this card from your Deck. Only once per Duel, you and your opponent can exchange the cards in your hands; if this card leaves the field, the cards in each players hands return to their original owners. You can Banish this card from your hand; Shuffle 2 Monsters in your Graveyard back into your Deck.
* By this effect I mean both players give their own hands to each other; i.e. switch.

191681.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from the Deck) by its own effect. You can Special Summon this card from your Deck by Tributing 5 Monsters you control. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card leaves the field, you can Special Summon Tokens equal to the amount of the opponent's Monsters that were involved in battle with this card. The Tokens gain the ATK/DEF, attribute, type, level and effect of each of those cards. You can banish this card from your hand; shuffle 2 Monsters in your Graveyard into your Deck.
* This card's effect means if it were to battle 3 different monsters; 3 tokens would be summoned with each token having those effects (i.e. different effects)

191705.jpg
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned (from your Deck) by its own effect. If you did not declare an attack for the last 2 turns while both players controlled at least 1 Monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Deck. If this card would be banished or its Summon would be negated, you can banish 1 card on your opponents side of the field instead. You can discard this card from your hand; shuffle 2 cards from your Banished Zone into your Deck.
191686.jpg
2 Level 2 Monsters
You can also use 2 Level 1 Monsters as Xyz Materials. Up to twice per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, shuffle 1 Monster card in either players Graveyard into their respective Deck.
191691.jpg
2 Level 4 Monsters
You can also use 2 Level 3 Monsters as Xyz Materials. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 2, you can send up to 2 cards in your hand to the Graveyard to select up to the same amount of Monsters in your Graveyard; shuffle them into your Deck. If this card leaves the field, shuffle all Monsters on the field into their respective Decks.
191696.jpg
2 Level 6 Monsters
You can also use 2 Level 5 Monsters as Xyz Materials. During the turn this card is Summoned, it cannot attack. During your opponent's Standby Phase, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card or take 1000 Damage. When this card destroys a Monster by battle, your opponent randomly selects 1 in their hand and sends it to the Graveyard. While this card has no Xyz Materials, it cannot declare an attack. When this card leaves the field, select 1 Monster in your hand, shuffle it into your Deck.
191698.jpg
2 Level 9 Monsters
You can also use 2 Level 7 Monsters as Xyz Materials. When your opponent would activate an effect that would destroy more than 1 Monster, detach 1 Xyz Material; negate that effect and destroy it. When this card leaves the field, shuffle 3 Monsters in your Graveyard into your Deck.
191701.jpg
3 Level 10 Monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned, shuffle all Monsters in your opponent's Graveyard and hand into their Deck. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, shuffle 1 Monster in your hand or Graveyard into your Deck. While you have Monster Cards in your Graveyard, this card is unaffected by other card effects.
191646.jpg
Activate only when a card effect(s) were activated from either players Deck. During the End Phase of this turn, both players must send the same number of cards from their Deck to the Graveyard equal to the number of card effects activated from their Decks.
There are some issues with this. The idea has been used before-which is not the problem. Being able to use cards straight from the deck is simply too powerful. There is a reason having cards in your hand or graveyard has importance, these are generally the only avenues in which cards are USUALLY played. In order to make your cards more balanced make them require outside cards to be usable.

Penguin Knight is balanced ONLY because it must be milled in order to be effective, which can be useful.

Here's some examples.

Gives you support for 2 Attributes(feel free to add a third-but that might be stressing it)

I feel she'd work even better as a Spellcaster.

I changed up the effect to reduce your ability to OTK.

Piercing Damage is considered Battle Damage so it still works.

The difference now is that D.A. cards have to be revealed from the deck, they can work with Pot of Duality ^.^ which was not intended. And you'd have to create cards to help recycle your D.A. Spell/Traps.

I feel Thunder Strike, and Experiment, Rageee work pretty well as is.
