During your turn: you can target 1 "HERO" Fusion Monster you control; return the target to the Extra Deck, then Special Summon, from your Extra Deck, 1 "HERO" Fusion Monster with a different name who can be Fusion Summoned using the Fusion Material Monsters used to Fusion Summon the returned target. (This is treated as a Fusion Summon. An "Evil HERO" Fusion Monster Special Summoned this way is treated as being Fusion Summoned by the effect of "Dark Fusion".) The effect of "Split HERO Personality" can only be used once per turn.



Example(s):

If you used "King of the Swamp" and "Elemental HERO Wildheart" to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Wildedge", you can use this to later Summon "Elemental HERO Wild Wingman", "Elemental HERO Necroid Shaman", "Evil HERO Wild Cyclone" (which all have Wildheart as one of their specific Fusion Materials and can use King of the Swamp as a Fusion Material Substitute), or "Elemental HERO Absolute Zero" (due to "King of the Swamp's" Attribute).

If you have Fusion Summoned "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman" using Avian and Burstinatrix, you can then use this to replace Flare Wingman with "Elemental HERO Phoenix Enforcer", "Evil HERO Infernal Wing", "Elemental HERO Great Tornado" or "Elemental HERO Nova Master".

For this example, we'll use an "Elemental HERO Wild Wingman" that used "Elemental HERO Wildheart" and "Elemental HERO Prisma" that used its effect to treat its name as "Elemental HERO Avian". If "Split HERO Personality's" effect is used, targeting this "Wild Wingman", the only possible replacements can be either "Elemental HERO Gaia" or "Elemental HERO The Shining", since "Prisma" is no longer treated as "Avian", but is still one of the Fusion Materials originally used for "Wild Wingman's" Fusion Summon.

It should be right, since it references the Fusion Materials used for the monster, kind of like De-Fusion does. And plus, even if it isn't worded exactly, he could just word it and rule it differently, even if it would result in BKSS.
