It's a retrained version of this card that Yugi keeps in his deck:

Almost perfectly balanced I would say, while keeping it Level 5 and having it be able to SS itself, you are banishing monsters making it's ATK gain not be such a big deal, while also creating a nice little Extra Deck wall, and keeping it a "only once per turn" effect. A well worth contender for any DARK & LIGHT combo deck, though not as stable worthy as BLS is. I like this a lot. Also the art, did you make it? It's quite neat.
