Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower DARK Normal Monster from your hand or Graveyard, but it cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon, or be used as a Synchro Material Monster this turn. A monster Special Summoned by this effect is returned to the Deck when it leaves the field. All Level 2 or lower DARK Normal Monsters you control gain 500 ATK for every DARK monster you control. While you control at least 1 face-up DARK monster: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.


... so, yeah, kinda-crappy-ish Normal Monster/DARK support. I'm thinking of tweaking it so that the ATK-boost applies to all Level 2 or lower DARKs, but anyways.... Tried my best to keep this from being abused by Exodia Decks, but you never know....

I wanna say there are ways to use it, but part of me feels like it's completely unusable.

 

i'm not sure - there's definitely potential there for a fun control style Deck, and the fact that while you have a DARK monster, it can't be hit by MST/Heavy Storm makes it better, but there aren't really any DARK Normal Monsters (Pharaoh's Servant is the best one that comes to mind) that would benefit much from this.
