See you Harrison H People either use YuGiCo.com, MSE (Magic Set Editor, which also can make Yu-Gi-Oh Cards, it doesn't come with Xyz, but you can find it quite easily by using google) or Photoshop/GIMP. there's a few templates flying around for Photoshop, try Zextra or Judas' if that's to your liking (they look best as well).
