General Grievous

This is the first time I've been on this site in a while, but suggestions and comments? Also, does the lore of the card accurately state that you can return one Spell/Trap Card on the field for each of your Main Phases (meaning you can return one on Main Phase 1 and one again on Main Phase 2)? Thank you for any feedback. I plan to make one of my first Decks soon, and this is going to be one of the cards in it. Also, I plan on changing the name to "Ninja of Kusarigama" with the next update of this card to more accurately represent the weapon he's holding. Bleaknight
I don't think there is a real card that has an effect that can be used once during each of its owner's Main Phases, so it's hard to actually compare it to something. Either way, it's broken. It can loop Fire Formation - Tenki and other cards like that easily, not to mention clearing your opponent's backrow at no cost, and still having decent stats. Anyway, I'd word it like this. "Once during each of your Main Phases: You can return 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field to the hand."
General Grievous
Thank you for the feedback. I've made some changes to the card, including a name change, ATK/DEF change, and Effect change. Now, you have to return one of your own Spell/Trap Cards to activate its effect. However, you can still use the effect both during your Main Phase 1 and 2. Suggestions or comments or constructive criticism?
Bleaknight
Now it's probably worse, it was bad before because you could EITHER recycle stuff like your Safe Zones (to get rid of your opponent's monsters) and Fire Formation - Tenki OR clear your opponent's backrow, now you can do both. General Grievous
How about now? I've edited the effect to specify that both cards need to be Set in order for the effect to work. However―if I may ask for an opinion―should I leave the specifications, for the card you make your opponent return, as Set or no specification (face-up or Set)? Also, to combat the fact that you can just Set random Spell/Trap cards to trigger this card's effect, I'm thinking of adding an additional cost to where you cannot activate the card's effect on the same turn you have Set another Spell/Trap Card. Thank you again for the feedback, Bleaknight.

Bleaknight
It requiring your returned card to be Set makes it work much better since it's not abusable anymore. And while I agree with said restriction of being unable to activate the card you returned, that's against game mechanics since your opponent must also know which card is it you can't activate, and since it is a Set card, your opponent can't know what card it is. If you also made it reveal said card, then it would work. And I think I'd rather keep it only returning Set cards your opponent controls, not any. Adding that aforementioned restriction and fix, this is the wording I suggest: "Once during each of your Main Phases: You can reveal 1 Set Spell/Trap Card you control and return it to the hand; return 1 Set Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls to the hand. You cannot activate cards with the same name as the revealed card during the turn this effect is activated."
