Mikrofon
Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster card your opponent controls. If you do, decrease this cards ATK by 500.
Synchronized
It's not that bad at all. I'm actually surprised because it's very well-designed for a Synchro. The thing I would suggest is making it so the effect doesn't lower the DEF. In order for it to be viable (and it's competing with the likes of Black Rose Dragon), you want to be able to have the opportunity to use it more than once. Is that always going to happen? Probably not. But there's no need to lower the DEF restriction, because you could bring this out in Defense Position and at least have some field presence while making up for how much you minus-ed at the same time. Just my opinion.

Zazubat
As already said, since Black Rose can just bomb the whole field, this is pretty well balanced since it's a once per turn plus it decreases itself. While it's an easy destroy for Synchros (using Birdman plus any Level 4) there's plenty other cards which can get rid of this easily. It's not the most interesting in terms of design, it's a staple so to say, and a nice one that isn't too overpowered but still remains quite useful. I would give this a 7/10 as the image creeps me out. Call it Cowtaurman instead, that's a name that will stick
